"Andy's tenure at DHS gives him amazing insight into the complex demands of homeland security. His wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors will be invaluable as we move our business forward," said Keith Stringfellow, President and CEO of Previstar.
At DHS, Mr. Maner was responsible for the $45 billion budget and for all aspects of the department's financial systems. In 1993 Mr. Maner served as Special Assistant to the United Nations Envoy to Somalia in Mogadishu, managing operations and interactions between the thirty nations contributing troops and aid. He has also held a number of executive positions in the private sector.
